Excellent service. DTDC was already good with fast international shipments and I wish there were more locations closer to my place like this.The people operating here are very cordial and well mannered. They do care for their customers both when you are there, by offering refreshments and making sure you are comfortable, as well as following up and making sure the service availed is completed to satisfaction.Kudos, and I really appreciate the positive vibe you provide through the hospitality of your customers.

I made an International DHL post last week. They were some important documents and I must say it was the most stress free experience I ever had. They were very patient and careful with my post. The addresses were tricky and the parcel was very important to me. They made sure everything was alright and no mistakes were made. My parcels were delivered correctly and on time. 100% recommend this place. Never expected someone to be this careful and genuine, definitely going again for my future business.

Mr. Iqbal who manages Ennovative Courier in the Scarborough office, provided me exceptional customer service experience. Not only were the shipping rate substantially less expensive ( 3 to 5 times less) than the competition, but he took it upon himself to ensure that the forms were filled correctly filled, even catching some of my errors, that might have caused an unnecessary delay. I can therefore recommend this service without any reservation.
